1) LESTEN MUSIC

Agar aap ko kisi bhi bat ki paresani hai, ya koi tension hai, Mai aap ko batana chahunga ki aap sabse pahle (release) hona sikho, 

uske liye aap sabhi ko music meditation video song sunna chahiye,  

Ya aap ko aisa lage ki aap ko achcha nhi. lag rha to aap ko music ko badal kar kisi saant ya aap ka favourite song sunna chahie,

Candle jalana achcha upaye hai aap ke dimag ko saant karne ka sabse pahle candle ko jalana or uske samne saant ho kar bethna, 

achcha upay hai Jaise ki aap sab khana khate huy baydte hai,vaise hi aap apne rid ki haddi ko sidha kar ke baid jaiye,
